The Polk County Healthcare Workforce Collaborative was brought together to help the next generation of healthcare workers find their ideal career paths.

According to the Iowa Department of Education, careers in health sciences will continue to grow largely due to an aging population. Students have many options based on their areas of interest, experience and time willing to commit to the classroom.
