Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Support the professional and clinical staff through the patient visit and perform studies and tests as assigned by the physician or clinical staff. 
CookEfficiently requisitions, inspects, prepares, cooks, cools and portions large and small quantities of meats, vegetables, cereals, soups, fruits and other forms of food in accordance with quality standards, quantity demands and standardized recipes.
Document SpecialistResponsibilities include receiving and processing back-end documentation needed to meet month end deadlines assuring accurate billing. This position works closely with the Business/Facilities Manager in the tracking of untimely documentation and resolution of problematic billing issues.  Acts as the liaison between the physician’s office and the agency to assure the compliance of the physician’s documentation.
EMT DispatcherThe Dispatcher’s primary focus is to be the communication link between Mercy One, Pediatric Transport, Neonatal Intensive Care Transport, Mercy Ambulances, and all pre-hospital agencies, hospitals and law enforcement agencies. 
Food Service AssociateFood Service Associates at MercyOne directly interact with patients and visitors every day. They personally ensure all dining areas are safely sanitized, well-stocked, and food is appropriately prepared. They understand most guests at our facility are dining with us for a reason and take great pride in giving them one less thing to worry about. You will support fellow team members in all areas of food services including cashier, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, and food storage.   This is a Full Time position and requires working every other weekend. 
Inventory TechManaging inventory as it relates to picking product, replenishing, requisitioning and receiving. Responsible for pulling product for cases as assigned. Work in Surgery Inventory Control, Responsible for putting supplies away, validating product in bins, issue of product for case carts, credit entry if product not used, pull supplies for case carts, answering stat calls, take product to surgery rooms
Monitor TechObserves cardiac monitors for changes in cardiac rhythm and communicates this to the nurse caring for the patient of diverse ages. Documents cardiac status appropriately.
Certified Pharmacy TechnicianUnder direct supervision, prepares medication orders, prescriptions and unit dosages.  Assists in maintenance of inventory levels of supplies and equipment.  Ensures pharmacist verification of all work performed prior to dispensing or distribution. 
Radiology AideMust possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Coordinates and helps technologists manage patient exam orders, enters Xray exam related data in various software systems and answers phone calls. Prepares for and carries out transport of patients, to and from the ED and General Diagnostic Imaging department. Assists technologists as needed in transferring patients to/from cart, beds, wheelchairs and exam tables.
SchedulerResponsible for scheduling office visits and imaging exams. To better serve departments and patients this role rotates between various locations.
Sterile Processing TechThe Sterile Processing Tech I is responsible for the building and coordination of instruments and case carts between the Operating Room, Ancillary departments and Sterile Processing.  Coordinates case carts, add-ons and will serve as a contact person in Sterile Processing for each service in the Operating Room.  Will have direct contact with physicians, nurses, and scrub techs.  Will clean, decontaminate, prepare, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrumentation and related equipment used by surgical services and other clinical departments.
